Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to return it at your own cost. If not yet shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund for processing and restocking.

We aim to complete lightsaber builds within 6-14 business days, but during peak times, delays of up to 12 extra daysmay occur.

For urgent orders (birthdays, events, etc.), please notify us before ordering. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, and cancellations for delayed orders will still be subject to the 15% fee.

Shipping & Delivery

USA: Free shipping | Estimated 6-14 business days
International: Free shipping | Estimated 1-3 weeks

Important: International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes based on local regulations. SaberX does not cover these fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If marked "Lost" or "Stolen", the courier and authorities will investigate. During this time, a replacement may be offered within 30 days at our discretion.

No refunds for lost/stolen parcels—only replacements.
If you request a package to be left in a safe location, we are not responsible for loss or damage.
Chargebacks for lost packages won't be accepted while investigations are ongoing.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Chargebacks take up to 3 months to resolve. We do not provide replacements during this period.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported, and legal action may be taken.
No returns for change of mind purchases.

Free Gifts & Promotions

Free gifts come with a 1-month warranty.
If returning an order, the gift must be included—otherwise, it will be charged at full price.

Undelivered & Uncollected Parcels

If a package cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, it is returned to us at your cost.
For international shipments, customs clearance is your responsibility. If a package is disposed of due to unpaid import fees, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
