REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized lightsabers.
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
- Sale items or gift cards.
We only accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original order first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After 30 days from the original order date, we offer exchanges or repairs under our 1-year warranty instead of refunds.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take some time to process and post the refund.
